Our Executive Team

Julian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Director of Litmus Group.  He brings knowledge and experience gained from more than 15 years of international business consulting, where he has assisted organisations to improve their investment decisions, business processes and adoption of enterprise technologies. Before joining Litmus, Julian was Managing Director for two business modelling organisations.

Julian has extensive knowledge in investment management and business process improvement.  He has managed large teams to develop and implement process frameworks for multinational organisations.  Julian has used his wide experience, which includes leading business process engineering assignments, to deliver operational performance improvements for corporate and government clients.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a focus on energy, insurance, telecommunications and government. Julian has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Logistics, a Graduate Diploma in IT and a Master of Science (Organisational Consulting).  He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Andrew is a Senior Partner with Litmus and has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, where he has assisted organisations to manage through strategic change and to develop new business models for new ways of working.  Before joining Litmus Group, Andrew was a Partner in a large international management consulting firm and a Vice President in another major consulting organisation.

Andrew has specialised in several areas in management consulting, including customer relationship management, knowledge management, and business process improvement.  His primary industry focus has been in financial services, but he has also worked in industries such as consumer products, distribution, utilities and the public sector.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in pure maths and philosophy.

Ian is a Senior Partner with Litmus and has more than 25 years of business and IT experience in strategic planning, project management, and the implementation of transformation initiatives.  This has been gained across a variety of industries in project and line management roles.

Ian has held several leadership roles as a Partner with a large international consulting firm, including ERP Solutions Leader for Asia-Pacific and building a highly successful PeopleSoft consulting practice for the Australian firm.  He spent a year as CEO for an ASX-listed company providing Internet solutions to major corporates.

Ian's consulting experience follows 11 years in line management roles in the grains industry in Victoria.  His project experience includes strategic information systems planning, applications architecture and delivery, shared services infrastructure architecture, IT effectiveness reviews, ERP systems implementations, business process re-engineering, applications management outsourcing and web-based solutions. Ian has international experience serving clients in the Middle East, Greece, Asia and the US.

He has a Diploma in Business Studies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Computer Society.

Stewart is a Partner with Litmus.  He is a Certified Management Consultant with more than 26 years of experience in management consulting, primarily in business transformation and growth strategy creation and execution.  He has introduced advanced strategic management techniques at the Board, Chief Executive and direct reports level.

Stewart has delivered outcomes to clients in the areas of business strategy, asset management, performance improvement, enterprise solution selection and implementation.  He has worked in the mining, manufacturing, construction, marine, professional services, finance, and telecommunications industries globally as well as the public sector.

Michael has extensive  experience within Financial Services and management consulting and has held executive positions in Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit within major banks.  In his most recent roles as General Manager at Westpac and St George bank he had Board level accountabilities and led large teams over several years.  Prior to this period, Michael spent a number of years with Cap Gemini consulting to clients across Australia and overseas.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Monash University.  He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Fabian is a Partner in the Singapore office. He has more than 15 years of process and IT management consulting experience with over 10 years in global roles working Singapore, Germany and Australia.  He is a global business process management expert and has helped numerous multinational firms to develop and improve their business transformation projects.  Fabian's range of work covers the design and roll-out of global standard operating models, management of major transformation projects or the development of a services-oriented architectures. His focus lies on applying BPM principles to execute business and IT strategies.

Fabian received his Masters of  Business Administration, specialising in strategy and information science.  He’s studied in Germany, France and US. His industry experiences covers multiple sectors from telecommunication & utilities, government, banking, FMCG to mining and resourcing.  Fabian’s areas of expertise include Global business process management/transformation, ERP roll-outs and template management, Project and program management and Enterprise performance management including risk and compliance.

Jon is a Partner with Litmus.  He has more than 15 years of consulting experience in global businesses in the telecommunication, manufacturing, IT and financial services sectors.

Jon has broad experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives.  From business transformations to systems implementations, he uses his skills in program and project management, business analysis and computer software development to help clients deliver the outcomes they need to meet their corporate strategy and objectives.

His strong leadership and people management skills have enabled him to successfully manage complex programs of work in large global companies and to develop creative solutions in process and systems improvement across an organisation.

Being delivery focused with excellent team working and interpersonal skills, Jon effectively manages large teams and consistently delivers outstanding performance.  Jon holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Saint Francis Xavier University (Antigonish, NS, Canada).

Guy is a Partner with Litmus Group who, with over 15 years of hands-on general management experience, understands first-hand the challenges management teams face in achieving financial and operational targets through business transformation initiatives.

As a consultant, Guy specialises in designing transformational strategies, plans and the organisational capability needed to deliver them. This is achieved through effective strategy execution; portfolio, program and project management; governance and decision making; technology and architecture; cultural and change management.

Michael is a Partner with Litmus Group and has over 20 years industry and consulting experience specialising in advising businesses on strategy and planning, business restructuring and financial reporting. He has a wealth of experience in managing large scale change and transformation projects including merger integration, divestments and carve-outs, business transformation, performance management and improvement, commercial and operational due diligence and cost reduction.

Michael has particular expertise in creating shareholder value from strategic business transformation and performance improvement programs, merger integration, divestments, and large-scale cost reduction initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Adelaide, Graduate Diploma in Management from Australian Graduate School of Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
