Case study

Litmus worked with NSW Emergency Services (Fire and Rescue NSW, Rural Fire Service, SES and Ministry of Police and Emergency Services) to implement new processes for critical activities, including the support of its 90,000 volunteers.

Litmus worked with the agencies to develop the common processes and then ran the organisational change management effort and training strategy.

The project has established a shared enterprise resource planning platform with common core processes and individual processes to meet the unique needs of each individual agency.
